Hello , Let me know what Term you are using for the WEBMAIL USER?? Lets talk on the correct issue and not try to twist or waste time. Please check the details and screenshot below for your better understanding of the concern all Webmail users are facing... @ManagedCloud-Hosting We have understood and noted your point that you want the "email users" who are eventually going to use their email addresses to be able to reset the password themselves without asking the "admin" to reset the password for them.
