Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 2 Status:	Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTSPlesk Obsidian Version 18.0.26 I've not been able to install Softaculous on one of my servers which is really strang because it installed without a hitch on my in-house server. The production server is co-located and I made the purchase through the hosting service. I've not tried to install it using the terminal as of yet but I may and I'll report my results. Have you seen this error?Could not install the Softaculous Auto Installer extension [li]The execution of pre-install.php has failed with the following messag[/li][li] [/li]ionCube Loader is not loaded. Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5652 Status:	Hi, It seems ionCube is not installed in the following PHP binary : /usr/bin/php You will need to install ioncube as it is required for Softaculous to run. It could be possible that the other app where you are using ionCube is using some other PHP binary and ionCube is installed in that binary.
