Topic : Default Webpage

I installed Webuzo and activated the trial license yesterday. I installed Drupal on a testing domain (ln1.domain.com) and everything was working I got everything configured the way I wanted it, and when I was happy with it I began migrating it to the actual domain (example.com). I migrated by dumping the testing database & copying the Drupal folder into a backup folder. After that I installed Drupal (fresh) to the root. I then moved the backed up files into the new install folder (restoring themes, modules, etc.) and restored the database dump (restoring settings, posts, etc.) to the new one. I made sure the permissions and ownership were correct, and went to the site. It showed the default webpage. So on a whim, I tried installing a second Drupal (fresh) to a sub-directory, and went to the site sub-directory and got a 404. Any ideas?
