Good afternoon.

Master - Almalinux 8
Slave - Centos 7

There was a problem with creating the Windows VM "there was an error in setting the root password of the new vps virtualizor".

She decided only in this way:
yum install -y libguestfs *
/ usr / local / emps / bin / php /usr/local/virtualizor/scripts/guestfs_fix.php

/ usr / local / emps / bin / php /usr/local/virtualizor/scripts/guestfs_fix.php without doing "yum install -y libguestfs *" - DIDN'T HELP.


Windows VM - began to be created successfully, but the password does NOT change and there is no access to the machine. It seems that the network is also not configured automatically, but it cannot be verified because there is no password.


Help me please. Thanks.

Hi,

Does it only happens for vps creation on Slave server ?

Have you selected 'Perform Operations' for OS template ?
For network issue, is dhcp service active on that server ?

Technical support helped us.

By mistake, we thought that this field defines the name in the virtualizer panel.

This solved our problem!
