Hi,
Manually transfer files over Drupal 6 installation and change Database credentials. Once this is done go to the Edit Installation page in Softaculous and update the database details : http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_edit_an_installation ----------------------- Regards Punit Varia Script Packaging Head |

Quote From : maxmeno1 May 28, 2017, 8:18 am Oops... One problem here.
As "Installation details", Softaculous only gives me - Directory - URL - Backup location No way to update database name and password. The fist time I logged in, I got a message saying more or less "Oops... It looks like Drupal version is 7.x and not 6.x... Click here to update the information" I did and now it shows as 7.54 in the installations list (with a "clone" option icon that I don't have for the other ones). But I don't think I can trust Softaculous with doing any safe upgrade/backup with this install. Thoughts? Thanks M. Hi, It looks like the database records are not fetched correctly from the settings.php file of your Drupal installation. Can you please open a support ticket with us and we will check this for you in detail and let you know what is the issue : https://www.softaculous.com/support/ Sorry for the inconvenience caused. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
