Posted By: Trax on May 28, 2015, 7:52 pm
Whenever i try to add protection to directories i get this error

"Error
Oops !!! There were some errors while adding user"

I have swapped about different user names  to try to fix this but nothing works?

Are you using Apache or Apache 2 as your default webservice ?
You can check it from Webuzo Enduser Panel >> System Utilities
http://webuzo.com/wiki/System_Utilities

Also make sure the service is up and running.

Hope this helps :)
