I also on C-Panel cannot add the host name of "localhost".

I can't view my admin dashboard no longer for word press, my site is broken with only html code and no functionality, MySQL databases credentials are correct, but yet, still I get this error. Recently I have been working on my own standalone office app for my site and in doing so I had removed 1 host name and replaced it with a %, I had forgotten the name of it, but it was something about local host shortly after I got this error but my site was fine. That was until yesterday when I went on my site to see how broken it became.
