Topic : Help with free to trial license

Posted By: Quoth on July 8, 2017, 10:27 pm
Hi guys,

I've just gone from the free license to the trial license but all the options like WordPress aren't there.

I did google and tried the following:

Code
rm -f /usr/local/webuzo/enduser/license.php
/usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

But the enduser panel is still recognising only the free version.

Can someone help?

Hi Quoth,
thank you for your message!

Ok for enable premium script you need login into your Webuzo panel, if the premium license are already active please click on the second icon on right top

"Go to control panel"

than on the menu on the left click on

Software

than

General scripts.

Here you have to check all the check boxes on the first column where you can see only some check boxes are checked.

Than save,

let me know if this solve your issue.  :squi:   :P

If your license is still the free please log in into your Webuzo install, press the second icon on right top "Go to Control Panel" , here you can see the license.

Try to press refresh license if this not convert in premium please press Enter license key and put the trial license key. You can generate one for your server here: http://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=webuzotrial

Hope it helps.

I ended up destroying the VPS and rebuilding it after refreshing the license several times.

I'm all good now :)

Hi,

This normally happen because when the server is installed initially and the free license is used the scripts are restricted to the free scripts offered by Softaculous. Hence only the free scripts are enabled on your server.

When you change your license from free to premium, the premium scripts like WordPress and other are not enabled automatically. You have to enable the scripts you require from the Webuzo Admin Panel. You can refer to the below guide for the same:
http://softaculous.com/docs/Enable/Disable_Scripts

Hope this helps anyone who faces this issue in future.
