i have this problem now
The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the Server Admin.

Please go to WHM -> Softaculous -> Softwares.

At the top and bottom of the page, you'll see an Update Software button, click that button and walk away for a short amount of time.  This allows Softaculous to retrieve all of the required packages from our servers, and should solve this error.

If after doing this, you still encounter this error please feel free to reply to this thread and we'll seek another course of action on this error.
