Just run these commands in SSH:
root# strings /etc/cron.d/softaculous > /etc/cron.d/softaculous.tmp
root# mv /etc/cron.d/softaculous.tmp /etc/cron.d/softaculous

Glad to help sir.
Actually even if you do Just Click on Update Settings in the WHM Softaculous Settings tab Softaculous will check for errors and FIX them all.
