Topic : Sitepad license and activation issue

Posted By: 123hostau on February 3, 2021, 12:50 pm
I installed sitepad on a WHM server to have a look.  I uninstalled it as I thought I would never really need it.

Now I would like to start using SitePad.
I tried to reinstall via the CLI and it all appeared to work
Code
# ./install.sh

Welcome to SitePad Plugin Installer

Thank you for using SitePad

In WHM no matter which icon I choose in the plugins/sitepad page I see
Code
Your license (SMUSH-39181-72575-66027-*****) has expired. Please renew it to continue using this Software.
Refresh License

The Refresh License link does nothing.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What I see from time to time is that after (re)starting SitePad a message shows that my license is lost. However the complete license is showed at the same page. So I copy it and i can (re)use Sitepad. My quess is that it depends on a software update.
So you can try to start a interactive session and not with a script. If that gives a warning which include your complete license you can try to solve the challenge by a copy paste action.
If that do not solved the challenge then
