 Webuzo NOT Admin & User Panel HTTP ERROR 500 (4 Replies, Read 116456 times)

using webuzo on VPS , all sites are working but Admin/user panel with :2004 or :2002 is giving error of HTTP Error 500.  see the attached file.

I have already restarted VPS also tried the following command as root :

service webuzo restart

But error is still there, Please help that how can I get login into admin panel.

Hi,

Same issue here, since last night. ERROR 500 if I want to access to the Webuzo Panel. Try to restart services but nothing working

i also have problem like this. i use root credential. any clue on this?
i already create ticket yesterday. no reply yet.

Hi,

If this issue occurs there are chances you are using an old version of Webuzo and have disabled auto updates for Webuzo.

The fix for this would be to SSH to your server and set update preference in :
/usr/local/webuzo/universal.php

and set the value for following line :
'update' => 0

to
'update' => 2

and execute the cron command :
/usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

This should update Webuzo to the latest version and then you can set the update preference back to disable if you want. Though we recommend you set Webuzo updates as enabled.
