Is anyone else getting the same error?
I have installed Centos 6.5 and ISPconfig and not the newer "P" version because it is not working with a script I use in WHMCS. I triple checked all the settings in ISPconfig and I cannot determine why I get a white screen when loading.
They are not very clear on their instructions and leave a lot to the imagination. It would be nice to provide solutions with the problem. I hope I am not the only one having these issues, but I see clearly that it is know that there will be a blank screen after install, but no solution is provided.
Getting a licenses is not clear either. I post my IP and it says IP added and that is it. When I log into my account to check licenses I see one for Webuzo but I do not see one for Softaculous?
When I enter the IP again for the "free" account it says already added, but nothing shows up in the Softaculous license, so I used the same IP for Webuzo because I noticed it makes a Webuzos directory in Softaculous.
This is getting very confusing because there are several different products that cross over to other products.
This is what I discovered:
1. Softaculous replaces "remote.softaculous" which is a FTP install app.2. Webuzos is used with Softaculous to load an interface for installation.3. Webuzos and Softaculous work together to create a separate user install environment for each user added to the server.4. /var/softwww is where the page loads in apache and I have put a test.html file to confirm this.5. I have tried php /usr/local/softaculous/cli.php --repair with no luck, still the white screen6. Under /usr/local/softaculous/enduser there is a license file that contains encrypted data.7. Universal.php has labels but no data8. Under globals.php
$globals['license'] = 'webuzo-00000-00000-00000-19085';//Dummy LicenseI replaced 00000-00000-00000-00000-00000 with the Webuzos licenses
9. Here is a short list of errors in the enduser error log:[20-Sep-2014 07:40:46] PHP Notice:  Undefined index: HTTPS in /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/softpanel.php on line 65

[20-Sep-2014 07:40:46] PHP Notice:  Undefined index: SERVER_NAME in /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/softpanel.php on line 65

[20-Sep-2014 07:40:46] PHP Notice:  Undefined index: SERVER_PORT in /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/softpanel.php on line 65

[20-Sep-2014 07:40:46] PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php on line 2250

[20-Sep-2014 07:40:46] PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/main/functions.php on line 2319
10. I changed the softtmp write from 700 to 777
11. Found a file called webuzocron.php in the softaculous directory under user/local
12. I do not see any calls to a database under globals.php13. There is also a upgrade.php under user/local

What I am not clear on is this:
1. Do I need to configure Webuzos "Free" account before Softaculous works?2. Under Softaculous directory the error log shows this:

[20-Sep-2014 08:30:33] FATAL : 1 Class 'SoapClient' not found /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/softpanel.php 190

[20-Sep-2014 08:30:36] FATAL : 1 Class 'SoapClient' not found /usr/local/softaculous/enduser/softpanel.php 190
This tells me that it is not loading anything from the globals.php file even with the license change.
To say the least I hope I am not the only one having this issue. I did put in a ticket for support, but the person I have been working with left me one message 8 hours ago?
He changed my ISPconfig so now my Indexes do not work with the main site. I told him specifically "DO NOT CHANGE MY ISPCONFIG" I have a custom setup for WHMCS and a certain script. I had to troubleshoot for days.
He did a reinstall of Softaculous and said there were no errors, but never resolved the White page issue or told me what he was doing.
I would like notice before someone just goes into my servers without telling me. I discovered he was working on the issue when I saw the new directory called _OLD_softaculous because I really did not know how long it would take to respond.
My opinion:
1. I expect "anyone" working on my server to contact me before logging in and making changes.2. I expect to be told what has been changed and why.3. I expect to be notified the next time they are logging in so I leave files alone and do not reboot the server.4. I expect to be heard when I say "Do not touch" that means "do not touch or change, and I say it for a reason. I have spent hours troubleshooting other server issues and I never gave this tech permission to change files I clearly told him not too.
Do not assume that everyone on this forum is a "numb" I have been doing work like this for over 30 years and I would appreciate a level of professionalism that I bring to my customers.
"I never login to anyone's computer or server without first emailing or calling."
1. I will say this again, if Webuzo and Softaculous work together then the documentation is not clear.2. The licensing for Softaculous makes no sense because posting and IP and saying "Your IP has now been added" makes no sense; where is the softaculous license?3. When posting and error :Common IssueBlank Page is displayed when Softaculous is accessed. Problem : PHP Extension mysql and mysql.so is not loaded by Softaculous Solution: Append the following lines in /usr/local/softaculous/php.ini

Please be kind enough to post a solution "Blank page" means nothing to me.Requirements
  • A server with ISPConfig panel installed
  • Make sure you have created a Remote User in ISPConfig Control panel by going to the System tab and then click Add Remote User on the left
  • Access to Server, Client and All Site functions are required to the Remote User.
  • ionCube Loaders must be enabled
  • If you have firewall enabled, then please allow access to *.softaculous.com
  • suHOSIN must me disabled
4.  Your requirements page means nothing if you do not outline the OS, what version of ISPconfig, and system configurations tested on.
I am sorry for my rant, but after 4 days of troubleshooting what is termed a "simple" install in all the advertising fluff. I am discovering that it is NOT simple.
The install is simple, but the troubleshooting is not.
