OK,

1. Why has no one replied to my last thread, even when an admin was on, nothing was said!!

2. I manged to get my FREE licence to a premium one, but could you please delete 41736-79623-62854-21365-68440 as this is the one with the wrong ip!!

3. In my WHM Softaculous admin panel, my licence has been saying FREE for 2 days now!! and yes, I have tried the force update thingy!!

Thanks, but what about the premium licence i have that is STILL showing up as a FREE licence???

Did you try this :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/immediate_update

Oherwise there must be a IP mismatch as per the server that approaches.
We can check that.
