Hi guys, I have my server in Hetzner 2 CPUs, 4GB RAM and 20GB SSD.

I ran my Wordpress and Google Drive Proxy. I have an issue where the CPU sometimes reach 100% even 200%

This condition last for an hour. So I restart the Webuzo service, the CPU still high. And then I decide to reboot my server. And the server back to normal. This happens often.

So I tried to search around the Google Search and there is a tool called Monit that can reboot the server automatically when the server CPU reaching 100% for 2-3 minutes and this tool will reboot the server.

I'm pretty new with this CL & Linux things so I really need a hand. So please tell me how I can config (the command line and stuff) Monit to reboot my server automatically if server CPU reach 100% for 2-3 minutes.

I'm using Centos 7 FYI. Thanks.

stay away from that, the solution is wrong.
You need to see what processes are running first. I suggest getting into ssh and running some commands like 'top'
You may find a more simple fix. What is the driver of the load. If you see php-cgi or similar, enable fastcgi in webuzo under apache settings.
Perhaps you are running apache (not apache 2.4). Change to 2.4 to get fastcgi.

Hi Interserver, thanks for your reply. I tried what you suggesting. I think it's better now but I'll wait a bit longer to see if the issue was the php-cgi.

Hi Jaac,

As you told us in your ticket that when you run this https://juicycodes.com/products/google-drive-proxy-player-script/ your CPU load goes to 100%.

But we check and found this script is not taking 100% resource.

Please let us know after executing which script your CPU reached to 100%.

depends what you mean by crashed.
Mysql may not be running (stopped). Start it. There is no build in monitoring in webuzo, I use monit to monitor mysql, webserver and webuzo info.
Or crashed, out of memory could cause mysql to be killed and a table crash. It depends, if mysql is running, or tried to start but had an error.
Whatever the issue is, it will take some investigation.
