sorry but I don't see any reason, at the moment, for open a webticket.
You can reproduce the issue by installing an SSL Certificate with Webuzo.
My SSL Certificate is Positive SSL by Comodo.
When this is done use this certificate also for exim and dovecot.
For do this you should use the .pem file and as you will see the .pem file will not work.
Try to open it and you will see the issue.
