Sorry for the delay in response. I see that you had created a ticket with us. Here are the details from the ticket : You are using WordPress setup where the wp-config.php file is one level about the WordPress installation directory causing this issue. This structure is not supported at the moment in Softaculous. Can you please go to the Edit Installation page of your source site and check if the path stored in Softaculous is correct ? https://www.softaculous.com/docs/enduser/how-to-edit-an-installation/ If it is not correct please change it and save the details and then try to create a staging instance.
