You can made your own template, when installing CentOS7.9 from ISO into a new vm (watch out that it has only minimum HDD size) and then make a template out of it. Or use 7.7 template from virtualizor and do inplace upgrade to 7.8 or 7.9. (There are plenty of guides on google for that)
