Hi, Please help me for mail server

i have install exim and devecot but email still can't connect to server
idk why, i'm new ,
i'm using Rainloop and outlook for company

i hope some one help me

Make sure that:

* your mailserver is running at all
* that your emailprogramm connect to the right ports (Server and SSL settings...)
* no firewall is blocking access to the emailserver ports (25,143,465,587,993,995) on the server side.
* you can connect (outgoing) to mailports from your workstation, e.g. no firewall rule is blocking that.
