Hello,
The forum software is not very user friend, at least how you have it configured:

- I can't edit a post.
- Image uploads fail for various reasons. It seems that only .jpg is allowed, and if the file happens to be called .JPG it is rejected.
- If an image is rejected, you are not informed until AFTER you post. Which wouldn't be so bad if you could edit your post. But you can't.
- Images must be files, no Cut and Paste like on modern forums (Discord based).

If you want the user community to "self help" make it easy for them to post.

I recommend you switch to Simple Machines forum or Vanilla

This forum works very badly.Not responsive and a lot of issues.
There are modern community Like

Flarum that is free and responsive, almost stable already usable on production
NodeBB
Discurse

You should prefer a responsive community. All community I suggested are responsive.
Also seems topics are not gettings reply so forum is quite abandoned seems to be. In some section like General or Webuzo, no more staff replies.

The webuzo.com website has not SSL forced by default, this is not nice.Also using a community that can be not updated or safe can expose users account to security risk. Hackers usually use old software or bugged community to steal users data. Have a modern and security community should be a priority.. once done you should keep it always updated.
This community is not responsive, doesn't allow nothing to users, break text I wrote removing spaces etc doing a very bad experience.

You can put it in maintenence mode then update.
