Two things.  I would rather have Clipbucket, but when I get an error that says:

Required PHP version less than 7.0.0 AND found version is : 7.0.27-0+deb9u1

But looking at their website, it says that support 7.0?
https://clipbucket.com/cb-install-requirements/

So I tried Cumulus instead and it gives me:
There were some errors in decompressing the package files.

I searched and found this a forum post that suggests deleting or moving the /var/softaculous/cumulus directory and running the cron script:
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_Synchronize_with_Softaculous_Servers

So I moved the cumulus directory to /var/softaculous/cumulus.bak and ran the cron script.

I go to install again and it gives me the same error.  I went into cumulus.bak/ and tried to manually unzip the cumulus.zip file and it extracts fine.

Have any ideas?

Thanks.

We have kept PHP requirement to 7.x in Clipbucket as it throws Fatal Error on PHP 7.x. New version of ClipBucket 4 is just released. We will test it on PHP 7.x environment and remove restriction if it works.
