Hi, guys..

I'm have 3 VPS work fine..

But after them.. any VPS creation take more minutes than normal and after template installation, the VPS work slow..

Any actions is executed with slow mode..

Open folders, open Firefox webbrowser, restart take a lot of minute...

Why my first vps work fine and new vps work on slow mode?

What are your server specs (from the node, not the vps)?
Did you change the plan or settings of the vps?

Is there high load at the node when vps is going to be slow?

You can also check (in vps settings) if you have virtio enabled for network AND I/O, that I/O policy is set to NATIVE and disk caching is set to none. Then you eliminated the biggest bottlenecks. Restart (or better shutdown and start again!) vps if changes has been made to the settings.

I/O Policy is define as Default..

Disk caching is define as None..

What is better configuration?

try setting I/O policy to native.

I defined:
Disk Chaching as Default
I/O Native

Now the new vps has work soo fine!
