Hi,
We have launched a patch for the same in Moodle package which will resolve this issue. You should get the latest package within 24 hours on your servers. If you need it instantly you can ask your hosting provider to execute cron command on your server : https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/ Once you get the updated package you can try to Upgrade Moodle and it should work fine.
