Please set storage on Virtualizor panel as primary and then re-order and check.

Has been resolved, but whmcs html vnc can not work?

Hi,

Make sure you have set correct hostname for Virtualizor server on WHMCS panel.
Also if you are running SSL on your WHMCS panel , then you will need SSL on Virtualizor panel as well.
