got this error while trying to install concrete5 on softaculous

"The following errors were found :

Could not make the query numbered : 132 MySQL Error No : 1071 MySQL Error : Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

i can't find a solution anywhere... is this really unfixable?

Hi,

This generally happens when the table prefix you chose (or randomly generated) is long.

Can you please go to the "Advanced Options" section on the Install form and choose a shorter table prefix ?

Let us know if you still face the issue.
