Topic : Error from contact form

I and many others that have tried to send an email from my contact form get this message :

Sorry this does not work. Mail function returned false

It has happened on chrome and safari - I have cleared cache and it still doesn't work for me.

How do I fix this - I can't have a contact form that only works 1/2 the time.
