I recommend you remove and install Exim and Dovecot using Webuzo.

Restart the service for once.

Hi Valley, if i remove and reinstall exam and dovecot do I'm going to loose mail boxes or loose any emails?

You will not loose your emails if you remove and install Exim/Dovecot from the Webuzo Enduser Panel.

for the records (if somebody find this thread):
you will get the same error, if you install exim with wrong settings for smtp server and imap server. Don´t use localhost, instead use your FQDN!
