Thank you. Are you on Share hosting or VPS ? If you are on shared hosting you will not be able to install Softaculous, you will need to ask your host to purchase a license and install Softaculous on your server. You can click on the Refresh License link in Softaculous admin panel to refresh the license. I am new to this so please bear with me. I have installed VestaCP including Softaculous. I have purchased a Premium license and it is installed in Softaculous. However, when I attempt to install an app the following error message appears: XXXXXX cannot be installed in the Free version of Softaculous! Please notify your Server Admin to purchase the premium version of Softaculous!
