Hi,

Are you trying to add thin LVM or LVM storage ?
Please make sure that you enter the correct Volume group path while adding the storage .

The path should be in the format /dev/<your-VG-name>

Hi,

Virtualizor will only make a database entry for storage on panel.

You will  need to create a Volume group on your server manually.

Please provide output of pvs , df -Th and lsblk commands from that server.
