Hi there,

Noticed a httpd.conf file in the apache/conf folder and also in the conf folder
Which one should I be editing? Do they copy each other, because I noticed some changes I made in the httpd.conf file (to point to a new vhosts file) were working but disappeared...this may have happened since accidentally editing both httpd.conf files without realising

I'm aiming to add SSO support to my local Wordpress install by using mod_auth_sspi, but until I can figure out what is going on with these files, it will be a bit tough

Hi,

Always change the configuration files from AMPPS Application.

For Apache Configuration :
Open AMPPS Control Center -> Apache Tab -> Configuration

AMPPS edits the file Ampps\conf\httpd.conf and then the changes are reflected in actual place i.e Ampps\apache\conf\httpd.conf
