Hi,

I recently changed my datacenter, so I logged-in to the softaculous client area and changed the server IP and than followed the instructions given in the softaculous WIKI, but when I clicked on the "Softaculous - Instant Installs" it just displayed me the normal page of Softaculous instead of the installation one :S last time on my last server it was working fine..

Any idea?

I deleted the addon_softaculous.php file and followed the installation procedure again..but now I am getting blank page in WHM when I click on the "Softaculous - Instant Installs"  :squi:

Hi,

Sir, please remove the following folder :
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/

Then try to install again.

Hello Alons,

After removing the "/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/" directory and following the installation instructions yet again, now it's again displaying the normal softaculous page in WHM and showing that 155 scripts are installed without running the installation procedure :S i-e in reality no scripts are installed or get downloaded on the server...

I don't know why it's not running the installation..I have everything working fine on my server which is required for the installation i-e ioncube and php?

Hi,

To download the scripts go to Softaculous Admin Panel -> Software
There click on "Update settings" and the script will start downloading. The logs will also shown as soon as you click.
