Topic : Magento not sending out notfication email

Hi, I have install exim and dovecot. I can send email. But When I try to use magento to end out notification email to customer. I get 502 bad gateway. Seem like it time out. May I know how you resolve it. And may I know it your customer installation where is the file update-exim4.conf.conf? I try to look for it but fail. Any help is a pleasure.

Please check the error logs

Restart the services for once.

Is your hostname a Fully Qualified Domain Name pointing to your Webuzo server IP ?
