Hi,

It seems like your web server is not running on your server. You can check the same by executing the appropriate command as follows:
For Apache/Apache2 web server:
service httpd status

For Nginx web server:
service nginx status

For Lighttpd web server:
service lighttpd status

Let us know the output of the command as per the web server you are using on your server.

I am facing the exact same issue but my server is running NGINX at port 80 and forwarding to other ports properly.

I have the same exact problem after installing Webuzo yesterday (and later today again after trying another panel that was even worse...about ready to go back to Cpanel).

Tried the apache command and appears to be working.  Here is the output

..btw the captcha on this FORUM IS HORRIBLE.  I  have spent like the last 10 minutes going through captcha pictures just to put in this question.  Someone needs to put up a sane captcha that is not going to put subjective pictures where you are not sure where IT thinks the crosswalk is etc. or finding all the "buses" in a crowd of cars.

Hi,

Regarding Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate displaying "Port 80 is closed or no web server is running" error. Can you please  check the Apache error log from Error Log page of Webuzo enduser panel?

If possible can you open a support ticket here and provide us with root SSH login details of your server:
https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php

Regarding the Forum Captcha issue:
We will improve the captcha soon.

Let us know.
