Hi there, I was looking over your Softaculous demo and I was wondering how you came up with the list of all those apps.

We have a customer support app ourselves (saas, php based) which includes a helpdesk, feedback system and knowledge management. It's called Helprace and can be seen at www.helprace.com

Was wondering if you could add it to your tools?

Do you have a self-hosted version ?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not support apps with SAAS based model.
