Hi,
We did fix this issue with Softaculous 5.1.1, are you using the latest version of Softaculous ? Can you please provide us the output of the following commands on your server ? /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cli.php -v ls -lha /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/ ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |

Hi,
We wanted to check if the following folder existed on your server before your re-installed Softaculous hence I asked for the output of "ls" command : /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/includes71/ Re-installing should definitely resolve the issue but Softaculous should work without re-installing as well. In case you face the same issue again please do not re-install Softaculous and provide us access to your server so that we can check this issue for you. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
