Hi,

Virtualizor needs Volume group with free space to create vps on.
You can add this volume group on panel as /dev/volume-group-name on add storage page.

  • Server ID : 0 Error : Invalid storage

[root@s92996 ~]# vgs
  VG            #PV #LV #SN Attr  VSize  VFree
  new_vol_group  1  0  0 wz--n-  1.82t 1.82t

Hi,

Does the Volume group "new_vol_group" exist on the Master server ?
May I know which virtualization is installed on your master server ? KVM/OpenVZ or any other ?

Hi,

You can add only 1 storage for OpenVZ with the required space mounted on /vz.

Are you trying to add 2nd storage for OpenVZ on panel ?

i use mount method but that's like in the beginning of the installation.
some servers only have single drive and it's full already. i'm trying to add one more.

i can also mount extra drive and then use symlink.

but you got any better idea?

Plus you guys should disable the many menus that openvz cant support. We waste many hours or days to try it working but realize it wont after many days of tries.

For now add storage on openvz. Does this feature works on vz?
Also vnc wont work. And some feature in the configuration I cant think of more now but I will report it here once I get chances.

Hi,

Sir
>> For now add storage on openvz. Does this feature works on vz?
On OpenVZ only /vz is possible to add.

VNC is not there for OpenVZ.

Please let us know which other settings are not working for openvz.

1. There is menu "Launch VPS VNC"

2. "Add Storage" means we should be 'add' storage on existing storage. remember it is 'add' not the brand new installation. how can you add storage to existing /vz? have you ever tried it?
