Hi,
It seems the permission for Softaculous binary is incorrect. Do you have root access to the server ? If yes please check the permissions for the following file : /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/bin/soft The file should be owned by root and the group should also be root and the permissions should be 4555 If you do not have root access to the server please ask your web host to check the above file. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool |
