Topic : Nginx with connection refused logs

i just notified the node that im running vps is rebooted due ssd disk change.
but after reboot the nginx webserver cant serve it, it think cause fast-cgi.

somebody can figure it out what happening, just try any method with no luck.

if you have any experience with this, please share.

Restart the Webserver for once and PHP-fpm as well

ah forgot to try restart php-fpm.
just reinstalled last week, will try next times.
