Hi, can someone tell me, how the support for paid subscriptions works? What are the response times? Do they provide support at weekends as well?

We have a new installation of Virtualizor with a VPS created. The VPS was running a few days after the installation. After we suspended the acount and then wanted them to unsuspend, we got popups, with all reboot and unsuspensions failed.

Any help? becaue support doesn't answer.
Thanks

Really, really a not acceptable support behavior. If you sell professional software for production enviroment, your support should work 24/7. Now, if we have a problem with your PAID software which controls a VPS an on this VPS are 100 websites, then due your NOT responding for hours or days we do get 100 unsatisfied customers, a storm of complaints, cancelation of services, bad reputation etc. etc.... and at the end of this IGNORANCE we are losing money.

We would like to hear an answer and explanation why your support doesn't respond for hours to tickets with SERIOUS ISSUES of your software.

Regards

This has been currently fixed after 34 hours from the support (which is really very long time, the customer coudn't access his VPS which leads to complaints and cancelation of services).

Yes, it has been fixed within a few minutes, but this thread isn't about the issue we got by OS reinstalling.

This thread is about the time you made the first reply - and it was 34 hours, 1 1/2 day. Please read the first post in this thread and forget the issue.
