i know softaculous tiket system is new.
but i cant login to this page: https://softaculous.deskuss.com/login.php
access denied.
any idea? i have tried create new user or forgot pass..nothing is working

Hi,

We have integrated the authentication in our ticket system to use the login credentials from the Softaculous account i.e. your board account.

Do let us know if you still face the issue.
