Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	When I was trying to import a WordPress site, it was stuck at the 95% progress and nothing happens afterwards. I wonder what would be the problem?

Also, am I totally blind to the search feature? I can't see it anywhere in the forum (another shrug of the shoulders as to what the purpose of a non-searchable non-answer forum is). And Brijesh...your profile image is REALLY off putting. It looks like you are laughing at everyone.

If we are unable to replicate the issue sometimes due to different server config it happens then we ask the user to open a support ticket so we can replicate the issue on their server and debug further. If we are able to replicate the issue or if it is a known issue we do respond with the fix or the patch or the expected released date of the fix. The search option is available only after you login to the forum and is at the top right corner or you can access the below link : https://www.softaculous.com/board/index.php?act=search I will check with our team if it is possible to enable search for guest users as well. Sorry about the profile picture, I didn't think about it from that perspective but I definitely didn't mean that. Anyways I have removed the profile picture. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	But don't you guys understand his point? Many of us are working in the middle of the night trying to resolve technical issues that are time critical. Instead of telling everyone to open a support ticket you should be solving the problem here publicly so we can see how you solved it and see if the solution works for users with the same issue. For example...is this issue being caused by a PHP script timeout issue? Many of us will never know.

However, there could be multiple reasons for this issue hence we ask to open a support ticket so we can debug the issue further. For the issues that have a direct resolution we provide the answer on the forum itself.
