Topic : license stuck expired, will not refresh

How do I get my license status back active?
I paid my invoice twice to be exact, but server remains expired.
I've tried :
/usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/virtualizor/scripts/cron.php
[Sat Jun 29 04:17:05 GMT 2019] Started

I get:

Could not update location details for SERID : 0
[Sat Jun 29 04:17:05 GMT 2019] Finished

all ports are listening as they should be even turned off firewall completely and still nothing. This has be going on all day I opened support ticket and no response, I understand I could have paid my invoice in advance and possibly avoided this issue but I think a support response within a couple of hours is not unreasonable. what can I do?

Is your server able to ping virtualizor.com ?

May I know your ticket id ?
