Topic : new install is incorrectly at www.domain/wp

Have just done a new install via cpanel and wp is at www.excelink.com.au/wp
should wp not open at home ie not in wp folder. How do I fix this / create home page without being in wp folder ? thank you Richardex

Hi,

Glad to know your issue was fixed.

Just for reference for other users.

In order to install an application in the domain root you need to leave the "In Directory" field blank on the install form.
