Topic : License problems VPS/Dedicated

I have two VPS installs and one dedicated. I've added the licenses to my softaculous account so I can see their status now. I see that someone who had my IP before me on one of the VPS's had a premium license, but has expired. So I don't have any options to change the license.

How can I select VPS licenses for my VPS's? Thank you.

Sorry for the delay in response.

I see currently your account has 2 VPS and 1 Dedicated server license.

Are you still facing the issue ?

I thought it was fixed. I saw the correct two were changed to VPS. But today I went to purchase the licenses and they were all changed back to dedicated and I'm unable to purchase VPS licenses.

Hi,

We have changed your licenses as VPS.

To complete the process please login to your control panel as root/admin and then go to Softaculous admin panel.

In your case it is VestaCP hence you need to login as admin and then access Softaculous using the "Apps" link in the header. Then you can find the "Admin Panel" link in the upper right corner.

Then go to Settings page and select the "Is VPS" option and click on the "Edit Settings" button.

Once this is done you should be able to purchase the license as VPS.

Please let us know if still face the issue.
