Topic : trying to install SSL Certificate

I am trying to install SSL Certificate for one of my domain, here 's what I have done till now:
  1. Generated Private Key Created CSR Requested for CSR from SSL provider Got 5 ctr file

  • Root CA Certificate - AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt Intermediate CA Certificate - COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt Intermediate CA Certificate - COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt Your PositiveSSL Certificate - dzire2dzine_com.crt Your Apache "bundle" file - dzire2dzine_com.ca-bundle


Now I am not sure where do I upload these files
I tried following this tut but it didn't worked: webuzo.com/wiki/Upload_SSL_Certificate

Ya I even tried that but I am not sure what to entire there? As I have files which I got from SSL provider.

Hi,

Sir first upload your private key .
Here is the guide for same:
www.webuzo.com/wiki/Upload_Private_key

Then upload your certificate.
Here is the guide for same:
http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Upload_SSL_Certificate

Then install certificate for your domain and their you can specify your chain certificate also.

Hi,
I've installed webuzo on a fresh installed Ubuntu Server. Each time I try to install a certificate, it does not work. I follow the guide http://webuzo.com/wiki/Install_SSL_Certificate and the file.cert and  file.csr are created in the /home/soft/ssl/cert folder and file.key is created in the home/soft/ssl/private.

Nevertheless, when I load a https page, the browser tells me that the connexion has failed (FF) or page can not be displayed (IE).

The issue seems to come from the fact that no app listen on port 443 (cf. attachement). I tried to force apache2 to listen on port 443 but after that, it doesn't restart.

There is no problem for http (port 80) connexions.

If someone has any idea, I take it. I've already reinstall Ubuntu three times for nothing.

Seems the certificate is not installed correctly causing the issue.

Could you please open a support ticket with the root details of your server and access to your Webuzo Enduser Panel, we will debug and resolve the issue on your server.

also I never received an email with the files. I receive no email at all!

Generate a Private Key using Webuzo

Get the certificate against the Private Key from the Certificate Provider

Go ahead and install it using Webuzo
http://webuzo.com/wiki/Install_SSL_Certificate
