Topic : Dadamail 403 cgi-bin directory

Hello there as the description says I did a fresh install of dadamail, try to access and i get an instant 403 doesnt matter if I use apache nginx or lighthttpd, i really need dadamail to work so is there anything i can do to fix this? thanks
