Topic : Cannot add domain

I'm having these errors:

The following errors were found :
The FTP path submitted is incorrect and does not point to the given domain.
Unable to upload file to the FTP path

The ftp and the paths are all correct and tested in filezilla

Hi,

Is the Domain pointing to the server for which you are providing the FTP details ?

Can you please PM me the FTP details and your domain name so that I can check this for you ?
