Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I have purchased Softaculous for use on TMD. When I enter my 25 digit key on TMD to start using Softaculous Premium, it says "failed to update license" I also get a message I should go to my softaculous control panel ( by logging on as root/admin) but how exactly do I do this? I purchased softaculous because I am not a web programmer

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5652 Status:	Hi, Sorry for the delay in response. Do you have a VPS with TMD or Shared hosting ? If you have a VPS you can login to WHM and then go to Softaculous which will be your Softaculous admin panel and then you can click on the Refresh License button.
