I'm getting "unknown user/pw" error when trying to set up backups in AMPPS for WordPress, so I went to phpMyAdmin and only 1 admin acct will let me login now -- User tab gives 404. Not sure why it recognize the lone admin acct, but it's ignoring our primary.

Oh and I just realized Variables tab also gives 404, but I've verified it's just those two tabs.
