| la instalacion la realiza normal, al momento de correr el ampps, corre mysql, pero apacho no corre aun dandole en start |

Hi,
Which OS version you are using? Which Ampps version you are using? Please run Apache from command prompt/terminal(depending on your OS) and let us know its output, also attach the Apache error logs here. Also, please respond in English to help us assist you faster.
